How to order on-line its easy
After you have found the goods that you are after and have chosen the sizes/colours (where required) and quantities then click the “buy” button, once you have completed your shopping click the “view cart”  tab at the top and this will show you what you are about to buy and then click “Proceed To Checkout” button. You will be will transferred to our secure server (SSL128 Bit Encryption) where you will be able to enter your details. You will be able to tell this by the locked golden padlock in the bottom right hand side of your screen, this your guarantee that the information you are providing cannot been seen by anyone else. Safe and Secure.
If by any chance that you have forgotten something or need to tell us something there is a space at the end of the process for you to write in.  

Charging and Pricing

If for any reason we are unable to supply all requested items and an item is placed on backorder, it will be sent to you as soon as the item becomes available.

Your credit card will only be charged on the day that your order is sent to you.

All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.

Postage.

Please allow 3 to 7 working days before your order is sent to you.
If you are in SA, WA & NT delivery can take 2 to 4 days from date of dispatch.

We use Australia Post to send all our orders.
No matter where you live in Australia, the postage is $10.00 per order. 
Ziggy's only sells in Australia no overseas orders accepted.

All items on this web-site have been included in good faith on the bias that the goods, as described will be available at the time of the sale. A failure by suppliers to deliver in accordance with the samples, description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. We reserves the right to substitute any product that may not be available with one of equal quality and design. All savings are based on Our normal price.
 

Refunds & Returns.

If you need to return goods that are the wrong size or colour simply send the goods back to us with a copy of your invoice & a note & we will happily exchange the goods. Nominal postage charge applies. Returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED, with the tags still attached. Thongs, G-strings, bikinis, underwear and products with these items as components cannot be exchanged or returned. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but health regulations will not allow it. Any item not meeting the return guidelines will be sent back to you, and return shipping will be charged! It is strongly advisable to register your returning parcel as We will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
