When applying, please make sure you don’t already have an account set up. If you do, and you can’t remember your password, just click ‘Lost your password’ to reset it or give us a call if you have any issues at all.
When applying for a company, please remember to sign up using a generic email address like sales@ or admin@ rather than a personal email address; as the email address linked to your account cannot be updated once created.
When entering your company name, if its part of a chain, it would be helpful to label it with the name and then the suburb (e.g. Adult Store – Suburb).
