Our range of packaging includes tags, hang sell bags, clamshell packaging & boxes. While all products are barcoded, each brand & category of product is packaged differently. You can find information on how a product is packaged in the product description.
Although the same company, Berlin Baby & Muse are separate brands to Love in Leather. Love in Leather & Berlin Baby focus on BDSM & kink products. While our namesake offers a diverse range of premium goods, Berlin Baby serves as our economy range. Muse is our newest line & exclusively stocks high end lingerie.

Information about a product’s size can be found in the product description. If you need further assistance or would like to enquire about custom sizing, please contact us.
We use a variety of materials to suit all budgets & lifestyles, from the finest Italian leather & Australian sheepskins to PUs & neoprene. You will find information about each product’s construction in the product descriptions.
If a new item is received and found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on discontinued items or items that have become damaged due to poor care whilst in store.

When possible, we will add your email to the parcel consignment so you will automatically receive tracking information. If you have not been receiving tracking information, please ensure your account information is up to date.
All goods are dispatched from Brisbane QLD & shipping times will depend on where you are located. Due to Covid, shipping delays are being experienced.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, postage for Love in Leather orders is calculated according to the metric and cubic weight of the order and the location of the receiver. Once we have picked and packed your order, the shipping will be calculated accordingly. Where possible, we will always cut down boxes.
We are happy to offer drop shipping for a $5 fee. When checking out, tick ‘Ship to a different address’ & add your customers information. To ensure we do not send an invoice with the goods, please write DROPSHIP in the order notes, if you forget, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have an email or phone number you would like to include for automatic tracking updates, please add these to the order notes.
Once you have placed the order, we will calculate the shipping to your customer’s address & email you the finalised invoice.
