Can’t find the answer?

There is something wrong with my order

If you have an issue with your order or invoice, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify.

How can I make changes to an order I already placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, please call the office on +61 7 3889 4667 as soon as possible, as we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

How do I checkout online?

Once the invoice has been sent back to you, you can follow the links to complete checkout where you have the option to pay with credit card or charge it to your approved account. If you do not hold an account with us, we will call you for payment details before dispatching the goods.

How does ordering online work?

Orders placed online do not require payment to checkout. Once you place your order you will receive a quote & the order will be sent to our warehouse where it will be picked & packed. An invoice with your final order including backorders, freight & any applicable discounts will be emailed back to you & a hard copy will be sent with your goods.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We believe all stores should have the opportunity to carry Love in Leather products regardless of their budget. Therefore, we have no MOQs or monthly quotas & are more than happy for you to order as little as one item.

Do you offer product training?

We are currently working on our product training guides, please check the blog for updates. 

What resources do you have for online stores?

In addition to our CSV file and product images, all of our printed materials are available in a downloadable format.

You can find the download links below the product, in the last tab. The CSV file can be found on the left hand side bar in your ‘My Account’ page. 

Can you give me free products for display?

Generally, we do not offer free items for display purposes but if you have a merchandising or display idea that you would like to discuss, please contact us. 

Do you have any POS items?

Yes! We have a range of POS items you can order for your store.

In addition to printed materials, we are pleased to offer downloads of our new video.

I forgot my login! Help!

No need to stress.

When we approved your account, you will have been emailed your user name and password.

If you can’t find this email and forgot your password, just click ‘Lost your password‘ to reset your password. You’ll just need to remember your username that was allocated or the email address that you used when you applied.
