How can I become a Love in Leather stockist?

If you are an existing business or store, please submit an account application & we will be in contact with you shortly.

Why can’t I see prices?

Our online store is for approved wholesale customers only. If you are an existing customer & are having trouble logging in, please contact us. If you wish to become a stockist, please apply for an account.

Is Love in Leather open to the public?

Love in Leather is a wholesale only company, therefore our warehouse & office is not open to the public. 

Can you make custom items?

Unfortunately, we do not make custom items. However, we are happy to adjust sizing of our Australian made products. For example, making a collar longer or shorter. To enquire please contact us. We do not produce items like wallets, belts, pouches or bags.

Who can buy from Love in Leather? Can I order direct?

Love in Leather is a wholesale only company, therefore our online store is exclusive to wholesale customers. If you are not an adult store or business, you are more than welcome to browse our entire collection & visit our Stockists page to find your closest retailer.

If you are a new customer or an existing customer who hasn’t signed up to our website, please submit an account application.

Where are Love in Leather products made?

While a portion of our range is sourced & manufactured in China, India & Pakistan, we continue to design & produce an assortment of goods in Brisbane, Australia.

How do backorders work?

Our website is now integrated with our inventory system but in the event we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will place it on backorder. When we have more stock, we will contact you to see if you would like the backordered item fulfilled or cancelled. If you would like us to notify you prior to placing the item on backorder, so you can choose another product or to make further amendments to your order, please contact us.

How can I place an order if I don’t do my ordering online?

We accept orders by phone & email. Although interstate travel has been limited due to Covid-19, we still aim to visit our customers in store throughout Australia. If you would like us to visit you in store, please contact us for information on our upcoming sales trips.

What are your payment terms? Do you offer accounts?

If you hold an approved account with Love in Leather then you are entitled to an extra 30 days from the end of the invoice month to pay.

If you do not hold a 30 day account with us then we require payment before dispatch. Payment can be made in the form of credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
